Registration

The registration fee heavily depends on whether the conference needs to go virtual or can be organized at the University of Twente. In case of a fully virtual conference, the fee will be most likely €50 for presenters (one presenter registration with each accepted full paper and extended abstract) and €25 for participants. These fees are charged to cover the costs of the online tools (video conference, paper submission, registration), the welcome package, and technical support. In case of a regular conference, the fee will be in the range of €250-€550 (lowest for students with early registration) and €125 for accompanying persons. This fee will cover 3 lunches, tea & coffee breaks, a conference dinner, a welcome reception, an excursion, and a welcome package.
